What made X JAPAN so special, that HIDE chose it over SAVER TIGER ?


constantly asking myself this question, I followed my heart in the most twisted corners of doubt, of incertitude...

What HIDE saw in those novices starting their stage life in Yaneura...being born in the year of the Dragon, HIDE must have had an accurate sense of judgement. I wonder what is that magic he saw and made him fall for X...

was it Toshi's boldness, Pata's shy but resonant guitar touch...TAIJI in all his Splendor  Majesty...or was it...the child with wounded soul, he saw in Yoshiko's eyes...

perhaps neither.

But what if...what if the strong connection between Toshi and Yoshiko was what fulled with energy and magic everyone, and everything surrounding X that day..

.essential enough to addiction, strong enough to connect with HIDE's personality ?
And who are those 2...what's their secret? Is it love, or something beyond?...FRIENDSHIP...let's look back and search in their beginnings. 

here is a brief story of X
From the crowd of children gathered at a kindergarten called Violet, 2 children in particular will become friends for life. Toshimitsu (Toshi) and Yoshiki grew up together supporting one another,

and in a while between them was created a stronger bond than anything could bind us to this world, I would say without mistaking that between them can not stand anything anyone. The story of their lifetime friendship it's a huge source of inspiration, a true enviable story ...

Which one of you wouldn't want a friend who would be able to overcome their own pride, to fight beside you against all ... to save YOU even from yourself? ... well sometime long ago, fate brought them together the frail child, Yoshiki and the young ... strong and robust Toshi. At the age of 14-15 years old in 82 ', the two friends have founded a band that will completely change our lives

...and I say that without questioning... They named it simple ... X ...however, soon after band's launch on market they were forced to change their name to X Japan because there was another band called X as well, and Yoshiki wanted to avoid the confusion created, ensuring the band's deserved reputation in this way.

As Yoshiki himself said by countless books and biographical material, even in previously mentioned We Are X Documentary, about 85-90% of X discography was already made before the establishment of the band

... so he, Yoshiki, since the first moment had assigned the musical scores according to each instrument played by band's members giving them directives on how and in what way should be constructed each piece of music for the particular instrument ...

Warning!! ... Yoshiki really knows how to play each instrument of the band ... even Trumpet after the famous words of Sir Stan Lee of Marvel Comix. When they were 19-20 years by 87' , the members of X Japan have signed their first major contract with Sony Music. After 10 years of success and leading position in several top musical choices TV,

Radio and also Stage Performances, by the year 97, the band X Japan disbanded...the band members haven spoke to each other for more than another decade, and there was was only one reason for this separation ...a very sinister one... it seems that the band's Vocalist and good friend of Yoshiki's ...

Toshi was brainwashed by some cult members who have abused him both physically and verbally, fact which brought the poor man in a poorly situation both mental and emotional precarious / physical down ... but those 2 friendship was above with hatred and lies with which they have surrounded willingly or forced by unfortunate circumstances ...however, we'll talk about this unfortunate incident in another article with more detail ... as every fan of X Japan deserve to know!

...returning to my question...what did HIDE saw at X that made him choose them over Saver Tiger, was it the friendship bond , the sense of family between members...or the simple desire to bring a little chaos in their peaceful existences ? ? ?

I bet they were so calm and damn polite, that HIDE felt immediate urge to..."overdose" X with his "seXplosion" personality...they weren't bad...but with him, they've become better . Was I mean by saying such things??? you think so ??? :) . Regardless your opinion , thank you very much for returning to read the posts of this blog.
