Thank  You hide ! 2,000  cuts  of  memento mori

Issued on May the 2nd 2000 by Furong Shobo. Co. Ltd. Publishing house

On May 2nd 1999, in the previous year at the anniversary of hide-san death, a promise was made on the premise that the public which was received on (7 May 1998) at HIDE's funeral
, will also return to visit the site again year after year at the Itonama TempleTsukiji Honganji. A fan , gathered 2000 messages and included in the above mentioned book. Ren Kiyoshi had also participated in adjusting the script making it to be a Tsukiji Honganji certified book. A lot of fans were more than willing to participate in writing this book with encoding heart moving messages, all together creating a one of a kind collection , a unique book to endure time since HIDE's era till our days.

“ Memento Mori” is a phrase in the old Latin which means “ moment of death, or remembering death “ depending of the context associated with .
Although all people are destined to die it is so shame that some of us need to go so young." and "Do not forget that there is an end to life."(This is from book's preface)...lucky I'm a different opinion, I prefer the Egyptian saying “ Death Is Only The Beginning “

Eternal hide the unreachable

Issued in July 2000 by Cosmic International . Co. Ltd

At that the time, it was one of the research books and mystery surrounding HIDE's death a kind of “conspirational theory” had been issued in a wide diverse themes.
Of course, the authors of this book are the fans members of Forever Rock Club, because their love for HIDE-san knew no limits, the books contains comments and a long list of interviews released before in other magazines and publications . Nothing new for the fans who expected to find out some useful
informations...same material is repeated over and over again, in addition the book contains a large HIDE-dictionary , which is completely wrong if you ask me, everything is a big mistake from the wrong registering of HIDE's birthday until the distorted details about his beginnings that's why I feel sorry to say but this book IS NOT HIGHLY RECOMENDED FOR THE NEW FANS who know nothing about HIDE and are willing to learn something about the Rock Superstar.
